It is mainly used to indicate the condition of the refrigerant as well as the liquid level in the receiver or the oil level in the compressor. SGP X is available with flare or solder connection. SGP N and SGP I are equipped with sensitive indicators that reflects a colour, depending on the moisture content in the refrigerant. SGP I is for refrigerants with mineral oil e.g. HCFC. Indicates too high moisture content in the refrigeration system, lack of subcooling, or refrigerant deficiency. SGP I is available with flare or solder connection. SGP N is for non-flammable HFC refrigerants. Indicates too high moisture content in the refrigeration system, lack of subcooling or refrigerant deficiency.
