Often a start component or electrical supply issue rather than a dead compressor. E7 — outdoor fan motor fault, frequently a failed bearing or debris in the coil. F3 — discharge pipe temperature too high, typically caused by low refrigerant or a blocked coil. C4 — heat exchanger sensor fault; the sensor itself is usually a low-cost repair. L5 — output overcurrent on the inverter, which needs electrical testing before the system is restarted.

Note the indoor unit model number when you call — the engineer can often bring the right parts first time.
